The lens assembly has been sealed with an industrial grade pliable sealant to help prevent fogging and moisture from the entering the dial. The RC-T3 has a small adjustment screw on the back for making fine calibration adjustments when every degree counts.The model RC-T3 features a 3" easy to read dial and has a 2 ½ " stem length including the 3/8" long threaded portion which provides for secure mounting on either thin or thick walled smokers and grills and can be easily mounted by drilling a 3/8" hole and attaching with the supplied hardware.
